三个品种的柑桔果实贮藏期间,呼吸强度均呈高──低──高的马鞍形变化,果实含水率、果汁率、果汁的酸度、含糖量、可溶性固形物含量及果皮、果胞重量变化都和呼吸强度有明显关系。耐贮品种瓯柑与其他柑桔相比,其特点在于贮藏前期呼吸强度低,成熟较慢,贮藏后期果皮第二次生长更甚,呼吸强度上升更急,果实枯水速度更快。
