复合式路面结构复杂,上为沥青混凝土层(AC),下为水泥混凝土板(CC)。为能够利用FWD对其进行结构评价,采用弹性层状分析程序(BISAR)建立结构模型,从整个设计参数范围、不同层间状态出发,对沥青混凝土层压缩量进行系统研究。结果表明,AC层荷载中心处的压缩量d0主要取决于AC层的厚度与模量,CC板和基层的厚度、模量及其界面情况影响可以忽略不计,由此从不同的层间状态回归出d0与其敏感参数相关的函数关系式,并通过三维有限元计算验证了该关系式是准确可靠的。最终根据此关系式对AC/CC复合式路面剩余寿命进行了预估,从而为复合式路面结构评价及其沥青混凝土加铺层设计提供依据。
Complex pavement structure is complex, on the asphalt concrete layer (AC), the next is a concrete slab (CC). In order to be able to use FWD to evaluate the structure, the elastic stratified analysis program (BISAR) was used to establish the structural model. From the whole design parameter range and different layer states, the systematic research on asphalt concrete layer compression was conducted. The results show that the amount of compression d0 at the load center of the AC layer mainly depends on the thickness and modulus of the AC layer. The influence of the thickness and modulus of the CC plate and the substrate and its interface condition can be neglected, and thus the regression from different interlayer states The relational function between d0 and its sensitive parameters is obtained and verified by three-dimensional finite element method. The relation is accurate and reliable. Finally, the residual life of AC / CC composite pavement is predicted based on this relationship, which provides the basis for composite pavement structure evaluation and asphalt concrete overlay design.
