对MC5钢冷轧辊锻后预备热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明,按常规工艺处理后,MC5冷轧辊网状碳化物组织为3级,碳化物颗粒大部分超过2μm,不能满足生产要求。根据Thermo-calc热力学软件计算出MC5钢平衡相图,确定合适的工艺参数为1050℃高温加热淬火+740℃回火,经新工艺处理后组织均匀、细致;碳化物网基本消除,按标准评级小于1级;碳化物颗粒细小基本在2μm以下,均在技术要求范围之内。高温固溶后采用水淬加喷淋淬火的冷却方式,可有效避免网状碳化物产生,目前该工艺已取得良好生产效果。
The heat treatment process of MC5 steel after cold roll forging was studied. The results show that, according to conventional process, MC5 cold rolled reticular carbide microstructure is 3, most of the carbide particles more than 2μm, can not meet the production requirements. According to Thermo-calc thermodynamic software, the equilibrium phase diagram of MC5 steel was calculated and the suitable process parameters were found to be 1050 ℃ high temperature quenching +740 ℃ tempering. The new structure was uniform and meticulous. The carbide network was basically eliminated, Less than 1; small carbide particles in the basic 2μm, are within the technical requirements. High temperature solution after the use of water quenching spray quenching and cooling, can effectively prevent the occurrence of mesh carbide, the process has achieved good production results.
