目的通过定性研究评价深圳市幼儿园手部卫生项目的干预措施效果。方法采用焦点组访谈法,访谈项目包括12家试点幼儿园的30名老师和16名家长,访谈内容使用QSR Nvivo 10编码和整理分析。结果干预对象的手部卫生行为有明显改善。干预措施中启动仪式为实施干预措施打下了良好的基础,洗手产品使儿童洗手更积极主动,健康教育材料和培训规范了干预对象的洗手行为。结论干预措施立足于教育的互动性和对象的体验感,效果明显,可用于幼儿园手部卫生干预并在更多的幼儿园中推广。同时有必要增加健康教育材料的针对性,并开发出适宜于社区干预的措施。
Objective To evaluate the effect of interventions in hand hygiene project of kindergarten in Shenzhen through qualitative research. Methods Focus group interview was conducted. The interview included 30 teachers and 16 parents in 12 pilot kindergartens. The interview was coded and sorted by QSR Nvivo 10. Results The hand hygiene behavior of the intervention subjects showed a significant improvement. The launching ceremony in the interventions laid a good foundation for the implementation of interventions. Handwashing products made children washing their hands more proactive. Health education materials and training regulated the handwashing behavior of the interventions. Conclusion The interventions are based on the interaction of education and the sense of experience of the subjects, and the effect is obvious. It can be used for hand hygiene in kindergartens and promoted in more kindergartens. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the pertinence of health education materials and to develop measures suitable for community intervention.
