采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对4×100m接力“前迎式”传接棒技术进行分析,研究结果发现,由成功次数和失误率均可见“前迎式”传接棒技术与传统的“后接式”传接棒技术有明显的差异,“前迎式”技术稳定性高于传统的“后接式”技术。“前迎式”交接棒技术在传接棒过程中交接队员能够观察到接力棒位置,既有利于传棒队员控制接力棒的稳定性又便于接棒队员根据两人的即时跑动速度,准确判断接棒时机,保证了接棒动作稳定完成及随后的连贯动作,有在一线教学工作中推广的价值。
