Its sound laws and regulations, a sound building registration system and an efficient non-profit organization have laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the protection policy. This article analyzes the development and changes of the legislative system of British architectural heritage protection policy, the system of building registration and the nonprofit organization, with a view to enlightenment on the development and perfection of China’s architectural heritage protection policy.
