本文通过对几种不同的搅拌桨叶和挡板结构对釜内流动产生的影响进行了分析讨论。通过冷模实验方法以及计算流体学商用软件Fluent6.3对105 m3 PVC的性能进行了研究。并对单位体积功耗、搅拌功率准数、剪切强度、循环特性等特性做了具体的比较分析。并将相关特性与105 m3PVC聚合釜搅拌特性设计相关优化测试做了比较对照。
In this paper, the influence of several kinds of stirring blades and baffle structure on the flow in the kettle is analyzed and discussed. The performance of 105 m3 PVC was studied by means of cold model test and computational fluidic commercial software Fluent6.3. And the power consumption per unit volume, stirring power quasi-number, shear strength, cycle characteristics made a specific comparative analysis. The relevant characteristics and 105 m3PVC polymerizer mixing characteristics of the design optimization test made a comparison.
