光纤环是光纤陀螺的核心部件,其温度性能直接影响光纤陀螺的精度。胶粘剂作为光纤环的重要组成成分,其选用是否得当决定了光纤环性能的优劣。首先理论分析了胶粘剂的性能对光纤环性能的影响,并选取了三种具有不同性能的胶粘剂作为光纤环用胶粘剂,对比分析了不同种类胶粘剂对光纤环温度性能的影响。结果表明选择具有模量适中、较低固化收缩率和足够粘接强度的胶粘剂,得到的光纤环具有更好的温度性能。
Fiber optic ring is the core of fiber optic gyroscope, the temperature performance of fiber optic gyroscope directly affect the accuracy. Adhesives as an important component of the optical fiber ring, the choice of whether or not properly determine the pros and cons of optical fiber ring performance. First of all, the influence of the adhesive properties on the properties of the optical fiber loop was analyzed theoretically. Three kinds of adhesives with different properties were selected as the optical fiber loop adhesives. The influences of different kinds of adhesives on the optical fiber ring temperature performance were analyzed. The results show that the choice of an adhesive with moderate modulus, low cure shrinkage and sufficient bond strength results in a better temperature performance of the fiber ring.
