玻璃体切割联合眼内填充提高了复杂性视网膜脱离的治愈率。但玻璃体切割术后各种并发症可导致视功能损害 ,我院 8年来曾发现玻璃体切割术后视神经萎缩 5例 ,现报告如下。1 临床资料5例患者中 ,男 3例 ,女 2例 ,年龄 2 0～ 6 5岁 ,均无青光眼病史。高血压者 3例 ,低血压者 1例
Vitrectomy combined with intraocular filling improves the cure rate of complex retinal detachment. However, various complications after vitrectomy can lead to visual impairment, our hospital has found 8 years after vitrectomy optic atrophy in 5 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 5 patients, 3 males and 2 females, aged 20 to 65 years old, no history of glaucoma. 3 cases of hypertension, 1 case of hypotension
