本文通过采用季铵盐型粘土稳定剂和无机钾盐来抑制粘土的膨胀与分散,同时与有机磷阻垢剂的协同作用使得聚羧酸高性能减水剂不与粘土表面直接接触,从而在含泥量较高的体系中依然保持良好的减水效果。实验证明,即使含泥量高达6%,混凝土依然具有良好的初始坍落度,并且混凝土的坍落度经时损失也得到了有效的控制。
In this paper, the use of quaternary ammonium clay stabilizer and inorganic potassium salt to inhibit the expansion and dispersion of clay, while the synergistic effect with the organic phosphorus scale inhibitor polycarboxylate superplasticizer is not in direct contact with the clay surface, which in The systems with high mud content still maintain a good water-reducing effect.
