目的构建手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案,将其在手术室耗材管理中应用并评价其应用效果。方法成立优化团队,分析目前手术室在耗材配送过程中存在的问题,建立手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案,采用“前向供应和逆向供应”的配送管理方式,比较应用前后手术物品准备时间、耗材供应时间、连台手术衔接时间、每日退回无菌耗材室的耗材件数、巡回护士在位率。结果采用手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案后,手术物品准备时间由(16.36±8.08)min缩短到了(10.33±5.75)min,耗材供应时间由(4.50±1.36)min缩短到(2.98±1.03)min,连台手术衔接时间由(21.38±9.58)min缩短到(19.78±7.64)min,每日退回无菌耗材室的耗材件数由(119.47±34.79)件减少至(112.24±37.76)件,手术室巡回护士的在位率由82.80%提升至84.90%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案能够缩短物品供应时间、加快手术周转率,促进耗材的流通管理。
Objective To construct a closed loop supply chain distribution program for operating room consumables, apply it in the consumables management of operating room and evaluate its application effect. Methods An optimization team was set up to analyze the problems in the operating room during the delivery of consumables. A closed-loop supply chain distribution plan for the consumables in the operating room was established. The distribution management methods of “forward supply and reverse supply” were used to compare the preparation of surgical items before and after application Time, supplies supply time, and even connect the time of operation, the daily return of sterile supplies room supplies the number of tour nurses in the bit rate. Results After using the closed supply chain planning of operating room consumables, the preparation time of surgical items was shortened from (16.36 ± 8.08) min to (10.33 ± 5.75) min and the consumables supply time shortened from (4.50 ± 1.36) min to (2.98 ± 1.03) min (21.38 ± 9.58) min to (19.78 ± 7.64) min, and the number of consumable items returned to the sterile consumable room decreased from (119.47 ± 34.79) to (112.24 ± 37.76) pieces per day. The operating room The prevalence of roving nurses increased from 82.80% to 84.90%, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Operating room supplies closed loop supply chain distribution program can shorten the supply of goods, speed up the operation rate and promote the flow of supplies management.
