近年来,私营企业的员工关系受到社会各界的普遍关注。本文在回顾员工关系和企业治理结构研究观点的基础上,对私营企业内部的组织发育程度与劳动合同签订率进行了分析和探讨。我们认为私营企业应不断完善内部治理结构来改善员工关系,而且该领域还有很大的研究空间。
In recent years, employee relations in the private sector have drawn widespread public concern. On the basis of reviewing the research perspectives of employee relationship and corporate governance structure, this paper analyzes and discusses the degree of organization development and the signing rate of labor contracts in private enterprises. We think the private sector should improve its internal governance structure to improve employee relations, and there is still much room for research in this area.
