目的:研究苎麻根的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据和化学方法鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:大黄素(1)、大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、大黄素甲醚(3)、白藜芦醇苷(4)、儿茶素(5)、表儿茶素(6)、KNO3(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:化合物3~7均为首次从苎麻根中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of ramie root. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were used for the separation, and the structures were identified based on the spectral data and chemical methods of the compounds. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as emodin (1), emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), physcion (3), resveratrol (4), catechin (5), epicatechin (6), KNO3 (7) and β-sitosterol (8). Conclusion: Compounds 3 ~ 7 were isolated from ramie root for the first time.
