对构建主体班开放式培训的初步探讨——立足于中共温州市委党校的实践

理念创新是干部教育培训实践创新的立足点和出发点。近年来,温州市委党校在干部教育培训过程中引入开放式培训理念,通过构建“竞争、择优”的异地培训机制、建设“开放、优质”的复合型师资库以及探索“多元、互动”的培训方式,在主体班次初步构建了一套开放式的培训新格局。进一步完善主体班次开放式培训新格局,应强化开放式培训理念,着力构建开放式的培训体制机制,以提高干部教育培训质量和效益为目标,创建开放式、多层次的培训方式。 Idea innovation is the starting point and starting point of practice and innovation of cadre education and training. In recent years, the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Party School have introduced the concept of open training in the process of education and training of cadres.
