理念创新是干部教育培训实践创新的立足点和出发点。近年来,温州市委党校在干部教育培训过程中引入开放式培训理念,通过构建“竞争、择优”的异地培训机制、建设“开放、优质”的复合型师资库以及探索“多元、互动”的培训方式,在主体班次初步构建了一套开放式的培训新格局。进一步完善主体班次开放式培训新格局,应强化开放式培训理念,着力构建开放式的培训体制机制,以提高干部教育培训质量和效益为目标,创建开放式、多层次的培训方式。 Idea innovation is the starting point and starting point of practice and innovation of cadre education and training.
