伴随经济的增长、社会的进步,以前的人事管理方式在当代企业经营中显露出愈来愈多的问题,这对于企业的人事管理十分不利,另外也让企业的总体发展遭受一定程度的不良影响。本文将剖析当前国企在人事管理中显露的弊端和国企人事管理的现实状况,另外提出有效的国企人事管理变革的举措,确保国企的长期稳定发展。
Accompanied by economic growth, social progress and previous personnel management methods, more and more problems have emerged in the operation of contemporary enterprises, which is unfavorable to the personnel management of the enterprises. In addition, the overall development of the enterprises is adversely affected to some extent . This article will analyze the current state-owned enterprises in personnel management revealed the shortcomings and the reality of state-owned personnel management, in addition to put forward effective measures to manage personnel changes in state-owned enterprises to ensure the long-term stable development of state-owned enterprises.
