存货是指企业在生产过程中为销售或耗用而储备的各种资产,包括库存中的,加工中的和在途的各种原材料,燃料,包装物,产成品以及发出商品等。对于煤炭企业来说主要是原材料,燃料和煤。作为企业生产经营的重要组成部分,存货始终贯穿于企业生产经营的各个环节。因此存货管理也成为每个企业都很重视的一部分,面对当前煤炭产能过剩,滞销严重,库存量不断加大的严峻形势,企业管理者迫切希望实现零存货,以保证物料供应和产品分配的顺畅,实现利润最大化。本文就此展开讨论,阐述零存货管理的应用现状,并就此管理模式带来的问题提出相应对策。
