实现有效教学,提高课堂教学效率,时下已是我们教师常常思考的一个问题。何为有效教学?教师在实施单位时间的教学行为后,引起学生具体的进步和发展,以最少的投入获取最大的效益。有效教学是以学生的进步和发展为宗旨,发展就其内涵而言,指的是知识、技能,过程、方法与情感、态度、价值观三者(三维目标)的协调发展。通俗地说,课堂教学的有效性是通过课堂教学活动,学生在学业上有收获,有提高,有进步。
