近年来,随着“三集五大”体系建设和坚强智能电网建设的日益推进,基层供电所原有粗放式管理模式,已难以适应新形势下集约化、智能化、信息化的要求。笔者所在公司积极贯彻落实上级供电所管理提升的要求,创新农电用工管理模式,以辖区某一供电所为试点开展供电所“全日制”动态管理工作,并逐步在公司其他基层站所全面推进,在农电用工管理方面做出了一些有益的探索和尝试,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。
