目的 :检测化疗后肺鳞癌组织中细胞胀亡和凋亡情况。方法 :收集 1 6例接受术前新辅助化疗的手术切除肺鳞癌标本 ,利用透射电镜、TUNEL及免疫组织化学技术检测其中胀亡、凋亡细胞及微血管密度 (MVD)测定 ,并与 8例非化疗者进行对照分析。结果 :化疗组肺癌组织内胀亡细胞及凋亡细胞均明显多于非化疗组 ,MVD则明显缺乏。化疗组中MVD高表达者OI低于低表达者 ,而AI则高于低表达者。结论 :肺鳞癌的辅助化疗可诱导肿瘤细胞发生胀亡和凋亡。
Objective: To detect the cell apoptosis and apoptosis in squamous cell carcinoma after chemotherapy. Methods: Tissue specimens of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung were collected from 16 patients who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Transmission electron microscopy, TUNEL and immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the apoptosis, apoptosis and microvessel density (MVD) in 8 patients Non-chemotherapy control analysis. Results: The number of intumescent and apoptotic cells in lung cancer tissue in chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that in non-chemotherapy group, while the MVD was obviously deficient. In the chemotherapy group, the MVI overexpression was lower in OI than in low expression, while AI was higher than in low expression. Conclusion: Adjuvant chemotherapy of lung squamous cell carcinoma can induce tumor cells to expand and descend.
