文章通过对新能源产业的发展状况及人才培养现状的调查分析,阐述了新能源产业人才培养远远落后于产业的发展,亟待加大培养力度。针对这种状况,提出了对策和建议,即成立新能源类专业教学指导分委员会,培养能满足不同层次需求的专业人才,校企合作,产学研相结合,从而加速新能源产业的发展。 Through the investigation and analysis of the development of new energy industry and the status quo of personnel training, the article expounds that the personnel training of new energy industry lags far behind the development of industry, and it is urgent to intensify the training. In response to this situation, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, that is, the sub-committee of teaching guidance for new energy specialty is set up to cultivate the professionals capable of meeting the needs of different levels, the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the combination of industry, education and research so as to accelerate the development of new energy industry.
