在基础培养基中添加不同种类的微量元素和生长因子,接种冬虫夏草菌,同等温度、光照、湿度条件下培养,每隔一定时间,观察菌落形态,量取菌落直径,收集分生孢子,采用血细胞计数板计数各培养基上冬虫夏草菌分生孢子产量。结果表明Fe2+、Zn2+、Mn2+对中国被毛孢孢子产量的提高均有一定程度的促进作用,Cu2+有抑制作用;添加了组氨酸的培养基,其单菌落孢子产量最高,其次为赖氨酸、苏氨酸,脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸、精氨酸对中国被毛孢孢子产量的促进程度相近,蛋氨酸对中国被毛孢孢子的产生有一定的抑制作用。
