研究了碳钢—含硼高铬铸铁双金属复合离心铸造，确定了主要的工艺参数。结果表明，碳钢与含硼铸铁复合界面结合牢固，韧性良好；控制离心铸造工艺参数，并且添加适量界面复合剂，可以避免夹渣、裂纹等铸造缺陷，获得合格铸件。 The carbon steel-boron-containing high-chromium cast iron bimetal composite centrifugal casting was studied, and the main process parameters were determined. The results show that the composite interface of carbon steel and boron-containing cast iron is firm and the toughness is good. Controlling the parameters of centrifugal casting and adding appropriate amount of interface compound can avoid casting defects such as slag inclusion and crack and obtain qualified castings.
