高校是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的坚强阵地,做好高校党员特别是学生党员的发展和培养工作,对确保中国特色社会主义事业后继有人具有重大而深远的意义。开展志愿者服务活动是高校实践育人的重要手段,本文针对如何结合社会发展新形势和学生发展特点,探索志愿服务育人激励模式,进一步加强学生党员思想政治教育,推动高校实践育人功能的延伸发展,进行了研究探索。
