目的探讨2型糖尿病并发颅神经病变的临床特征。方法回顾性分析本院内分泌科收治的46例2型糖尿病并发颅神经病变的病例资料,分析其临床特征。结果46例2型糖尿病并发颅神经病变的病例资料显示,以动眼神经表现受累19例,外展神经表现病例17例,面神经受累病例10例,其中神经受累单侧44例,双侧2例,所有患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAcl)平均大于9.5%,血糖控制水平高于12.5mmol/L。结论血糖水平持续增高是引发颅神经病变的主要因素,增强营养神经、改善微循环的饮食,同时有效地服用调节血脂、降低高血压及控制血糖药物对预防2型糖尿病并发颅神经病变具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of type 2 diabetes complicated with cranial neuropathy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 46 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cranial neuropathy in our hospital was conducted and the clinical features were analyzed. Results The data of 46 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cranial neuropathy showed that there were 19 cases with oculomotor nerve manifestations, 17 cases with outreach neurological manifestations and 10 cases with facial nerve involvement. Among them, 44 cases were involved in unilateral neuropathy and 2 cases were bilateral , HbAcl was> 9.5% on average in all patients, and the level of glycemic control was higher than 12.5mmol / L. Conclusions The continuous increase of blood glucose level is the main factor of causing cranial neuropathy. It is important to enhance the nutrition nerves and improve the microcirculation diet while effectively taking the blood lipid, lowering the blood pressure and controlling the blood glucose drugs in the prevention of type 2 diabetes complicated with cranial neuropathy Clinical application value.
