通过对一些高校体育课教学情况调研,并对出现过激行为的学生心理进行研究,分析导致过激行为发生的心理因素及基础。以便对体育课中学生发生过激行为心理有个正确的认识,以便因势利导,避免伤害事故的发生具有重要的现实意义。
Through some research on the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities and the psychology of students who have experienced excessive behavior, this paper analyzes the psychological factors that lead to over-excited behavior and its foundation. So as to have a correct understanding of students’ hyperactivity psychology in PE class so as to make the best use of the situation and avoid the occurrence of injuries and have important practical significance.
