应用紫外分光光度计对光敏剂苯并卟啉衍生物单酸环A(BPD -MA)和细胞培养板盖及培养液的光吸收规律进行了初步观察。结果显示 ,光敏剂BPD -MA在 2 0 0~ 2 10nm和 4 0 0~ 4 70nm各有一吸收峰值 ,在 6 90nm处有一特征性高吸收峰 ,细胞培养板盖和细胞培养液的吸收峰值在 2 0 0~ 30 0nm和 5 2 0~ 5 70nm ,而在 6 0 0~ 80 0nm处细胞培养用品均无明显吸收峰值
The light absorption of photosensitizer benzoporphyrin derivative monoacid ring A (BPD -MA) and cell culture plate lids and culture broth was preliminarily observed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results showed that the photosensitizer BPD -MA had an absorption peak at 200 ~ 210nm and 400 ~ 470nm respectively and a characteristic high absorption peak at 690nm. The absorption peak of cell culture plate and cell culture medium was 2 0 0 ~ 30 0nm and 5 2 0 ~ 5 70nm, while at 600 ~ 80 0nm cell culture supplies no significant absorption peak
