随着高职高专院校科研活动的活跃,对课题的管理也越来越显得重要,尤其是对申报课题的评价管理。层次分析法(APH)是解决多目标、多方案问题的实用方法,它把复杂的问题分成若干简单层次,并结合定量与定性分析来成功抉择。旨在初步对申报课题构建评价指标体系,利用APH法来进行定性和定量的判断,最终帮助科研管理人员理性地、科学地挑选出最佳课题,从而提高立项课题的质量。
With the active research activities in higher vocational colleges, the management of the subject is also more and more important, especially for the assessment of the reporting of topics management. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a practical method to solve multi-objective and multi-program problems. It divides complex problems into several simple levels and combines quantitative and qualitative analysis to make success decisions. It is intended to initially establish the evaluation index system for the declared project and make use of the APH method to make qualitative and quantitative judgments. Finally, it will help the scientific research managers to select the best subject rationally and scientifically so as to improve the quality of the project.
