设计一种适用于大额定载荷隔振器的动刚度测试系统,利用万能材料试验机加载模拟动件质量,以力锤激励模拟动载荷,测试该系统的静刚度、频响函数等系统特性,并由此推导隔振器动刚度的实测公式,最后以某大型风力发电机的隔振器为例进行实测和计算。试验结果表明:该方法适用于单轴隔振器,试验结构简单,便捷实用,对大额定载荷隔振器动刚度测试具有较高精度,仅在低频部分略有误差,满足工程应用需求。
A dynamic stiffness test system for a large rated load vibration isolator is designed. The mass of the simulated moving part is loaded by a universal material testing machine, the dynamic load is simulated by a hammer, the system characteristics such as the static stiffness and the frequency response function of the system are tested, And then deduced the measured dynamic stiffness of the vibration isolator formula, and finally to a large wind turbine vibration isolator as an example for measurement and calculation. The experimental results show that this method is suitable for single axis vibration isolator. The test structure is simple, convenient and practical. It has higher precision for the dynamic stiffness test of large rated load vibration isolator and slightly error only in the low frequency part to meet the engineering application requirements.
