目的:建立高效液相色谱法方法测定益利康软胶囊中红景天苷的含量。方法:采用Lichrospher-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(12∶88)为流动相,检测波长:275 nm,柱温为室温。结果:红景天苷在0.030 1～0.602 0 mg.ml-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of salidroside in Yulikang soft capsule. Methods: Lichrospher-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-water (12:88) were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 275 nm and the column temperature was room temperature. Results: Salidroside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.030 1-0.602 0 mg.ml-1, r = 1.000 0, with an average recovery of 99.45% and a RSD of 0.65% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
