目的:对溶剂型的木器涂料中的苯系物进行有效分析研究。方法:以顶空进样气相色谱法来分析涂料中的苯系物,也就是将样品放入到密闭的容器中并保持恒温状态,待其中的苯系物在气,液两相间实行平衡分配之后,取液上气相进行色谱分析。结果:在预定的浓度范围标准内,各目标组呈现出良好的线性相关,检测限与定量限均在国家相关规定的最大限量之内,回收率在84.7~104%之间,而日内精密度则保持在1.2~7.5%之间,日间精密度保持在1.8~9.3%之间,完全符合微量物质在相关分析要求。结论:利用顶空进样气相色谱法进行苯系物的分析研究,具有简单方便,快捷灵敏以及基体效应小等特点,同时为国家相关标准提供了新的可靠检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To effectively analyze the benzene series in solvent-based wood coatings. Methods: Headspace sample gas chromatography was used to analyze the benzene compounds in the coating. That is, the samples were placed in airtight containers and kept at a constant temperature until the benzene compounds in the gas phase and the liquid phase were evenly distributed After that, the liquid was sampled for chromatographic analysis. Results: Within the predetermined concentration range standard, each target group showed a good linear correlation, the detection limits and the quantitative limits were within the maximum limit of the relevant state regulations, the recovery rate was between 84.7% and 104%, while the intra-day precision Then kept between 1.2 ~ 7.5%, the daytime precision maintained at 1.8 ~ 9.3%, in full compliance with the requirements of trace substances in the relevant analysis. Conclusion: The analytical method of benzene series with headspace gas chromatography has the characteristics of simple and convenient, quick and sensitive, and small matrix effect. At the same time, it provides a new and reliable method for the national standards.
