职业院校,对于学生动手能力,实践操作能力,是有很高的要求的。在平时的实践工作以及对学生的教学工作中,总结了一些组织切片的制作技巧和方法,能够有效的提高组织切片的制作质量。首先,待切样品的质量是关键因素,而样品质量取决于前期处理工作的准确无误。其次,在常规组织制片中,切片是最重要的技术之一,其质量好坏直接影响标本的观察效果。如果学生能掌握这些技巧,可以提高学夲制作切片的质量。
Vocational schools, for students ability, practical ability to operate, there is a high demand. In the usual practice and teaching of students, this paper summarizes some production techniques and methods of tissue slices, which can effectively improve the quality of tissue slices. First, the quality of the sample to be cut is the key factor, and the quality of the sample depends on the accuracy of the previous work. Second, in conventional tissue preparation, slicing is one of the most important techniques, and the quality of the sample directly affects the observation of the specimen. If students can master these skills, they can improve the quality of the sliced slices.
