对比研究了生产性煤质柱状破碎炭和煤质颗粒破碎炭滤池中微生物分布特征及其运行效能,以期为上海闵行源江水厂生物活性炭单元的稳定高效运行提供指导。结果表明:对于下向流活性炭滤池,活性炭表面微生物附着量沿滤池深度逐渐减少;颗粒破碎炭表面的微生物附着量相对柱状破碎炭表面要高;温度明显影响活性炭表面微生物附着量;随运行时间的增加,滤池表层活性炭附着的生物量增加明显,底部活性炭则增加较少。在各种运行条件下,颗粒破碎炭滤池去除CODMn、NH3-N的效果总体优于柱状破碎炭滤池。
The characteristics of microorganisms distribution and their operating efficiency in productive coal columnar carbon crushed coal and carbonaceous particulate carbon filter were comparatively studied in order to provide guidance for the stable and efficient operation of biological activated carbon units in Shanghai Minhang Yuanyang Water Plant. The results showed that for the downstream flow activated carbon filter, the amount of microorganism on the surface of activated carbon gradually decreased along the depth of the filter; the amount of microorganisms attached to the surface of the carbon particles was higher than that on the surface of columnar carbon; the temperature significantly affected the amount of microorganisms attached to the surface of activated carbon; With the increase of time, the biomass attached to the activated carbon on the surface of the filter increased significantly while the amount of activated carbon on the bottom increased less. Under various operating conditions, the effect of removing carbon monoxide and carbon monoxide from the carbonized particle filter is better than that of the cylindrical carbon filter.
