对四象限光电探测器系统的原理及其定位误差进行了分析,并提出了一种标定并修正其固有误差以及四象限非均匀性的方法。推导得出了入射光线偏移角度和输出电压的关系,并通过实验和计算得到了证实。为改善四象限探测器探测精度以及消除各项误差的影响提供了一种方法。
The principle and positioning errors of the four-quadrant photodetector system are analyzed. A method to calibrate and correct the inherent errors and the four-quadrant non-uniformity is proposed. The relationship between the angle of incident light deviation and the output voltage is deduced and verified by experiment and calculation. A method is provided to improve the detection accuracy of four-quadrant detector and eliminate the influence of various errors.
