重宾保利国际广场位于重庆市渝中区,建筑高度286.8m,塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。介绍了项目的结构选型,基础和地下室、上部结构的设计特点。按不同规范对核心钢管混凝土柱的承载力进行了比较计算,根据风洞试验结果确定本工程风荷载体型系数的取值。最后对刚重比的计算和结构重力二阶效应进行了分析研究和探讨。
Re-pao Poly International Plaza is located in Yuzhong District, Chongqing, with a building height of 286.8m and a reinforced concrete frame-core barrel structure. The project structure selection, basic and basement, superstructure design features are introduced. According to different specifications, the bearing capacity of CFST columns is calculated and the value of wind load coefficient of this project is determined according to the wind tunnel test results. Finally, the calculation of the ratio of fresh weight and the second-order effect of structural gravity are analyzed and discussed.
