目的 :探讨食管小细胞癌的临床病理特点及组织发生和诊断。方法 :分析 4例食管小细胞癌的临床病理资料 ,对肿瘤进行光镜观察 ,并做免疫组化。结果 :根据细胞形态分为单纯小细胞型 2例、中间细胞型 1例、复合细胞型 1例。免疫组化染色 NSE、Syn、Cg A阳性率分别为 4 / 4、3/ 4、4 / 4。结论 :食管小细胞癌是一种高度恶性肿瘤 ,确诊主要依靠病理组织学检查 ,免疫组化的合理应用可提高诊断率 ,组织发生上支持来自全能干细胞。
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features, histogenesis and diagnosis of esophageal small cell carcinoma. Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 4 cases of esophageal small cell carcinoma were analyzed. The tumor was observed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results: According to cell morphology, there were 2 simple small cell types, 1 intermediate cell type and 1 complex cell type. Immunohistochemical staining NSE, Syn, Cg A positive rates were 4 / 4,3 / 4,4 / 4. Conclusion: Esophageal small cell carcinoma is a highly malignant tumor. The diagnosis mainly depends on histopathological examination. The reasonable application of immunohistochemistry can improve the diagnosis rate and the support of allogeneic stem cells in tissue development.
