目的探讨不同治疗方案对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗及性激素、排卵的影响。方法将2011年6月-2013年6月期间来我院接受诊断和治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者128例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。两组患者均给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)治疗,口服,1次/d,1片/次,3个月为一个周期;观察组患者在此基础上再给予盐酸二甲二甲双胍片(格华止)治疗,口服,3次/d,0.5g/次,3个月为一个周期。所有患者均于治疗前及服药1个周期后,采集静脉血,检测相关指标,对不同治疗方案进行评价。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗后空腹血糖水平、胰岛素水平及胰岛素抵抗指数均有显著改善(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后FBS(4.49±0.42)mmol/L、FIN(5.89±2.03)m U/L,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后IR为(6.98±1.23),明显高于对照组的(4.45±1.07)(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者治疗后FSH,LH,T水平均具有显著改善(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后FSH(3.19±0.89)U/L、LH(6.69±2.27)U/L、T(2.18±0.73)nmol/L,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对排卵的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗和性激素、排卵均有显著疗效,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of different treatment regimens on insulin resistance, sex hormones and ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 128 patients with PCOS diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 64 cases in each group. The FSH in the observation group (3.19 ± 0.89) U / L, LH (6.69 ± 2.27) U / L and T (2.18 ± 0.73) nmol / L after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Observation group ovulation efficiency was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of metformin and metformin has a significant effect on insulin resistance and sex hormones and ovulation in patients with PCOS. It is worth to be popularized in clinic.
