随着社会经济发展和居民生活方式的改变,慢性非传染性疾病已经成为威胁我国居民健康的主要公共卫生问题~([1-2])。研究证明,不合理膳食是心脑血管疾病、糖尿病和癌症等慢性病的主要危险因素之一~([3])。为掌握青海省不同地区居民膳食结构和膳食行为特点,科学指导居民合理膳食,本研究利用“2010年青海省慢性病及其危险因素监测”中膳食情况数据进行深入分析。
With the socio-economic development and changes in the lifestyle of residents, chronic non-communicable diseases have become the major public health problems that threaten the health of Chinese residents (1, 2). Studies have shown that unreasonable diet is one of the major risk factors for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and cancer (3). In order to master the dietary patterns and dietary behaviors of residents in different regions of Qinghai Province and to provide scientific guidance to residents’ reasonable diet, this study uses in-depth analysis of the dietary data of “2010 Chronic Disease and Risk Factors Monitoring in Qinghai Province”.
