目的掌握临床科室对消毒供应室的满意程度,同时对潜在的问题采取改进措施。方法设计临床各科室对消毒供应室的每项工作满意程度调查表,采用专人对我院30个临床科室的110名临床医务人员进行调查。结果根据本文调查结果显示,临床科室医务人员对消毒供应室的服务态度满意度、业务处理满意度、供应室无菌物品质量满意度以及回收和下送情况满意度,分别为95.4%、96.8%、96.8%、95.0%。结论为了使消毒供应室和医院临床科室紧密配合,消毒供应室医务人员要改善服务态度,增强相关业务能力,同时要和其他临床科室进行良好的沟通,进而增强服务质量,使消毒供应室乃至整个医院持续、良好的发展。
Objective To understand the satisfaction degree of clinical departments to the disinfection supply room and to take measures to improve the potential problems. Methods A questionnaire was designed to investigate the satisfaction of each department in clinical departments and the 110 clinics in 30 clinical departments of our hospital. Results According to the results of this study, the satisfaction of service attitude, business handling satisfaction, quality of sterile goods in the supply room, and the satisfaction of recycling and delivery were 95.4% and 96.8% respectively in clinical departments, , 96.8%, 95.0%. Conclusion In order to make the disinfection supply room and hospital clinical departments work closely with each other, the disinfection supply room medical staff should improve their service attitude, enhance the relevant business capabilities, and communicate well with other clinical departments to further improve the service quality so that the disinfection supply room and even the whole The hospital is sustained and well developed.
