目的:研究mTOR、eIF4E、4EBPS在乳腺癌组织中的蛋白表达及临床病理意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例乳腺癌组织中mTOR、eIF4E、4EBPS的蛋白表达情况。结果:mTOR、eIF4E在乳腺癌中表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移有明显相关性(P<0.05),4EBPS表达则与两者相反,两者的蛋白表达呈负相关关系(P<0.05),与4EBPS表达均呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:mTOR、eIF4E、4EBPS的异常表达可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展、转移有关,并存在内在的联系。
Objective: To study the protein expression and clinicopathological significance of mTOR, eIF4E and 4EBPS in breast cancer. Methods: The protein expressions of mTOR, eIF4E and 4EBPS in 45 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The expression of mTOR and eIF4E in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in normal tissue (P <0.05), and significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of 4EBPS was opposite to that of both, and the protein expression of both was negatively correlated (P <0.05), but negatively correlated with 4EBPS expression (P <0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of mTOR, eIF4E and 4EBPS may be related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of breast cancer, and there is an intrinsic relationship between them.
