本文以生药诃子为参考,采用HPLC法对诃子的两种藏医炮制品,茜草制诃子和白狼毒制诃子中多酚类成分的含量变化进行研究。结果显示,炮制后诃子中多酚类成分含量均有增加,其含量由4.54%分别增至5.69%和7.46%,这可能导致了两种炮制品药理作用的改变。
In this paper, the crude drug Myrobalan is taken as the reference, and the contents of polyphenols in the two kinds of Tibetan myeons, the myrobalan and the white Wolf poisoning were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the content of polyphenols in processed Myrobalan increased after 4.54% to 5.69% and 7.46% respectively, which may lead to the changes of the pharmacological effects of the two processed products.
