服务外包产业的发展离不开跨界融合型服务外包人才资源的支撑,但我国服务外包专业人才的培养并没有跟上服务外包产业发展的步伐,适岗人才的缺乏成为制约服务外包发展的一大瓶颈。笔者通过分析目前我国服务外包人才培养的主要问题,基于跨界融合型服务外包人才的特征探讨跨界融合型服务外包人才培养体系的构建和实施路径。通过形成政府行业企业直接参与的人才培养机制、由高校开发与企业零公里对接的专业和建立人才培养质量监督体系与评估体系三大举措,构建和实施跨界融合型服务外包“4444”人才培养体系。
