目的观察城市青少年肥胖、超重和体瘦者的骨发育特征。方法以《中国人手腕骨发育标准-中华05》RUS-CHN法对5城市7146名(男3986,女3160)12~18岁汉族正常青少年手腕部X线片骨龄进行评价,计算各骨龄组的体重指数(BMI),BMI>第85百分位数的受试者分类为肥胖和超重,BMI<第15百分位数者分类为体瘦,观察骨龄减年龄差值。结果肥胖、超重青少年偏向发育提前,骨龄减年龄差值分布的下限在-1岁;体瘦青少年偏向于发育延迟,骨龄减年龄差值分布的上限在+1岁。结论应用BMI,肥胖、超重和体瘦青少年的年龄推测范围可能缩小。
Objective To observe the bone development characteristics of obese, overweight and lean persons in urban adolescents. Methods The skeletal age of X-ray of wrist in 7146 (3986, 3160) Chinese healthy adolescents aged from 5 to 12 years old in 5 cities was evaluated by RUS-CHN method of Chinese Wrist Bone Development Standard Body mass index (BMI), BMI> 85th percentile of subjects classified as obese and overweight, BMI <15th percentile were classified as lean, observed skeletal age minus age difference. Results The obesity and overweight adolescents tended to develop earlier. The lower limit of the difference of bone age and age was -1. Slim and teenagers tended to be delayed in development. The upper limit of the difference between the ages of bones and age was +1. Conclusion The range of age-related adolescents with obesity, overweight and body weight may be reduced using BMI.
