河北国华定洲发电有限责任公司的600MW机组锅炉在改用低热值煤后,按照原设计磨煤机五运一备的运行方式,已无法满足机组满负荷运行时所需燃煤量。介绍了通过对单台磨煤机磨盘、磨辊等主要部件的技术改造,增加了单台磨煤机的出力,降低了磨煤机的单耗,从而达到节能降耗的目的。此次技术改造是国内同类型磨煤机增加出力改造的成功实践。
After the switch to low-calorific value coal, the operation mode of the original coal mill designed for five-for-one mill has failed to meet the required amount of coal required for full-load operation of the unit of 600 MW unit boiler of Hebei Guohua Dingzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. This paper introduces the technical innovation of the main components of a single coal mill, such as the grinding disc and the grinding roller, increases the output of a single mill and reduces the unit consumption of the coal mill so as to save energy and reduce consumption. The technological transformation is the successful practice of increasing the output of the same type of coal mill in China.
