前言显微孔隙是轴承钢常见的缺陷之一,多年来,许多冶金工作者对其进行过研究分析。我厂生产的轴承钢每年也都出现显微孔隙缺陷,但是因其批量很少,同时按照YB9—68条件精神与用户协商仅作参考,没引起重视。而在1992年生产的轴承钢中大批量出现,严重影响轴承钢的内在质量和经济效益。我们针对本厂生产检验中出现的显微孔隙缺陷,应用金相、扫描电镜、电子探针等手段对其分布状态、出现规律、形成机理进行分析研究。分析结果指出:钢锭中严重的中心疏松和严重的树枝状偏析是产生显微裂纹的本质原因,而加热温度是产生显微孔隙的外因,但必须指出:适当的加热温度、合理的热加工工艺是可以改 Introduction Microporosity is one of the most common defects in bearing steels.
