在Gleeble-3500热模拟机上对TB6钛合金进行了多组试样热物理模拟压缩实验,获得温度为948~1123 K、应变速率为0.001~10 s-1条件下的真应力-应变数据。通过计算m值、η值和ξ值从而识别出不同应变下的稳定变形参数区和失稳区,并获得TB6钛合金在实验范围内的安全变形参数区间为948~1123 K和0.001~0.01 s-1,1023~1123 K和0.01~0.1 s-1,1036~1077 K和0.1~1 s-1。此外,绘制出TB6钛合金在实验条件下的微观组织演变机制图。
The thermomechanical simulation experiments of TB6 titanium alloy on the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator were carried out. The true stress-strain data of the TB6 titanium alloy were obtained under the conditions of a temperature of 948 ~ 1123 K and a strain rate of 0.001 ~ 10 s-1. By calculating m value, η value and ξ value, the stable deformation parameter zone and destabilizing zone under different strains were identified. The safe deformation parameters of TB6 titanium alloy were 948 ~ 1123 K and 0.001 ~ 0.01 s within the experimental range -1,1023 to 1123 K and 0.01 to 0.1 s-1, 1036 to 1077 K and 0.1 to 1 s-1. In addition, the mechanism diagram of microstructure evolution of TB6 titanium alloy under experimental conditions is drawn.
