面对学生在岗位实践中的懈怠现象,笔者从自身实践出发,巧妙运用评价手段,从评价机制、评价方式到评价奖励层层激励,使学生在岗位实践活动中有所收获。
In the face of the slack phenomenon of students in post practice, the author clever use of evaluation methods, from the evaluation mechanism, evaluation methods to evaluation of incentives at each level, so that students gain some experience in the post.
