我国企业应积极认识和了解REACH法规,提高在国际贸易中应对技术性壁垒的能力,化工产业领域的大企业尤其要主动发挥带头作用。欧盟《关于化学品注册、评估、授权与限制的法规》(以下简称REACH法规)于2007年6月1日起正式生效。根据该法规要求,对所有出口欧盟的化学物质均应在2008年6月1日-11月30日期间向欧盟化学品管理局完成预注册工作,如不进行预注册,2008年12月1日后将不能继续向欧盟所属国家出口。
