本期内容主要讲述如何在公司场地接待来访客人礼仪。准备工作:首先,凡有预约客户上门的本公司员工,应该事先通过公司相关流程通知前台接待人员。通知内容至少应包括:预约时间,对方姓名、性别、年龄、称呼等。其次,前台接待人员要根据预约信息,事先安排好相关接待场地,比如会客室、办公室、会议室等。另外,前台接待人员备好相应的饮品。常见的有饮用水(冷、热)、茶(花茶、红茶、绿茶等速泡茶)、速溶咖啡(如果公司有咖啡机,接待人员学会自制花式咖啡,就更完美了)。
This issue mainly describes how to receive guest courtesy from the company’s premises. Preparation: First of all, where the appointment of customers come to our company employees, the company should be related to the process in advance to inform the reception staff.
