英国学徒制近年来的改革涵盖了学徒制需求、供应、服务及质量控制等多个方面,形成了从单边行动到多边行动的治理网络;通过条件或要求设置,协议及合同的签署要求,使利益相关者明确各自在学徒制治理结构中的位置、责任与义务,形成了多种委托代理关系;通过设立董事会或咨询委员会等机构,形成协调制度与过程,实现了利益相关者的利益。英国学徒制的这一新的治理体系对于我国学徒制试点具有借鉴意义。
The reform of the British apprentice system in recent years covers many aspects such as apprenticeship demand, supply, service and quality control, forming a governance network from unilateral action to multilateral action. Through the requirement of conditions or requirements setting, agreements and contract signing, So as to clarify the positions, responsibilities and obligations of each stakeholder in the apprenticeship structure and form a variety of principal-agent relationships. Through the establishment of such bodies as the board of directors or advisory committees, a coordinated system and process have been established to realize the interests of stakeholders. This new system of apprenticeship in the UK has reference for the apprenticeship pilot in China.
