微波萃取-GC/MS法分析EVA泡沫拼图地垫中的甲酰胺

建立了一种利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)对EVA发泡儿童爬行地垫中甲酰胺含量进行测定的方法。并对实验参数进行了优化:用丙酮作溶剂,在70℃下微波萃取30 min,样液用C18小柱净化,浓缩后用HP-INNOWax色谱柱分离,然后采用质谱法检测,外标法定量。结果表明:本方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 6,测定低限为10 mg/kg,加标回收率在86.2%~94.6%之间,相对标准偏差在2.7%~4.4%之间(n=6)。该方法操作简便、精密度好、灵敏度高、结果准确,适用于EVA泡沫地垫中甲酰胺的测定。 A method for the determination of formamide in creeping mats of EVA foaming children was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS). The experimental parameters were optimized. Acetone was used as a solvent and extracted by microwave at 70 ℃ for 30 min. The sample was purified by C18 column, concentrated and separated by HP-INNOWax column. . The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 6, a lower limit of determination of 10 mg / kg, a spike recovery of 86.2% -94.6% and a relative standard deviation of 2.7% -4.4% n = 6). The method has the advantages of simple operation, good precision, high sensitivity and accurate result, and is suitable for the determination of formamide in EVA foam mat.
